Since February 2015 I have added work contract for this company to the current sales activities. Part of the sales technical staff follows the projects and the technical part of the project. The company deals with refurbshing and maintenance of blow molding machines for PET bottles. Perfectly integrated in the staff and absorbed for a long time I look for an improvement of my position. I was hired to unify the various machinery installation operations (mechanical, electric, process). Single supervisor or technician to install machines for the automatic production of pet bottles. In the single-stage machine department, I acquired about 5 months' experience in the machine test area before setting off for installations and start-up at the customer's premises. After about 1 year I was autonomous in following the unloading of the machine and accessories (35 - 55 tons), electrically connecting the machine, fitting accessories (compressors, chillers, pet drying, cabin), starting the machine and starting production. All report with after sales service office. Traveling around 10/11 months a year. I gained experience in electrical schemes, pneumatics, hydraulics of the period. Countries visited US, Mexico, Trinidad &Tobago, Brasil, Argentina, Turkey, Poland, Russia, Hungary, Tunisia, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, UK and others, Because of my still present marriage I decided to stop travel. I was hired as a mechanical designer in this company of around 15-30 people. In the first two years as a mechanical designer. I designed with drawing board and the company produced plants for the production of textile and technical yarns. In addition, chemical-textile plants such as drying and polymerization. Turnkey installations. I designed the plant by order, producing layouts, flowsheets, piping, holes and trenches of building and mechanical parts with assembly.A complete view of the order. Some successes of my work such as the aesthetics of the design of machine yarn streching that I designed, the customer's satisfaction with how the installation of a system was followed in the time and manner of a project, with subsequent repetitions of competing orders with Karl Fischer, the new task of plant installation supervisor (about 1,5 months per plant) opened to me in the third year. After a short time in Italy, Hungary, Yugoslavia, I left for China where I returned in August and for Christmas. I also opened and followed the new office in Quingdao together with my local colleague Sui. Due to lack of orders, the company was absorbed by syster, a subsidiary IMS. Given the new conditions, I decided to change jobs.
